Be a beacon of hope.
Recovery Centers of America‘s (RCA) Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) centers are state-of-the-art substance abuse treatment facilities offering proven and safe therapies for our patients, and unique career opportunities for our potential employees.
With the COVID-19 pandemic adding to the existing opioid epidemic engulfing the United States, substance abuse disorders are skyrocketing. In response, RCA has been growing its addiction treatment modalities and locations—opening new facilities across the country, expanding existing ones, and hiring essential employees to keep up with the demand for drug and alcohol addiction treatment. We opened our first MAT facilities in New Jersey in response to the states’ alarming rises in opioid-related deaths. These facilities are located in Somerdale (Bravo Medical), Trenton (Trenton Healthcare Clinic), and Woodbridge (Woodbridge Healthcare Clinic), New Jersey.
Due to our rapid growth, new opportunities constantly open up for job seekers who wish to make a direct impact on the health of NJ community members. Our MAT facilities offer a number of roles for people who fully embrace our core values of compassion, teamwork, professionalism, and dedication to ending the stigma of addiction and saving lives in our communities. Whether you’re a nurse, counselor, driver, receptionist, or admissions coordinator, when it comes to career growth, employees who demonstrate willingness and dedication to learn and a passion for helping others have been consistently promoted to positions of increasing responsibility along their chosen path.
A career in addiction recovery is the kind of job you learn to love more and more every day. If you want to inspire change, save lives, and grow professionally with Recovery Centers of America, we would love to hear from you!
A MISSION TO SAVE 1,000,000 LIVES
In our collective experience, the best places to work are the ones that drive towards a common goal. RCA was built upon a concerted passion for working towards the mission of saving 1 million lives from addiction, one neighborhood at a time. Daily contributions and achievements by our team bolster our ultimate mission.
In 2020, according to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, over 93,000 Americans died from drug overdoses, up nearly 30% from 2019 in a year overshadowed by COVID-19. Too many families continue to suffer and lose loved ones to the disease of addiction. RCA offers affordable and accessible treatment through the approach of being in-network with most private insurances within our service areas. We have an unrelenting passion for what we do and we’re looking for others who share that passion because if you love what you do every day it isn’t a job, it’s a calling.
It is my passion. I enjoy meeting people where they are, assisting them with improving the quality of their lives and watching the growth and change unfold.” – Jaime Hines, Substance Abuse Counselor at Delaware County Health Clinic
